PROGRAMMES FOR UPANAYANA GROUP:
- Sanskara Leela – Family Empowerment Programme. These include workshops for parents and play activities done by parents & children together
- Kala Shakti – Chaturshashti Kala or art forms related to subliminal learning. Each quarter children explore 1 Kala
- Kshetra Leela – Introduction to Sacred Geometry though Temple Games of Bharata & their connections with Puranas
- Bharata Kshetra – Devata Iconography and Temple Learning
- Skanda Katha & Skanda Leela – Stories from Skanda Purana & Multi-concept Learning
- Subrahmanya Sahasranama – Sahasranama Learning for Children
- Academics – English, Maths, Environmental Science, Science, Social Science (As per NCERT Curriculum)

- Teach To Learn
As part of Behaviour & Personality Development all children at Leela Gurukulam are part of the Teach to Learn programme. Teaching is the most powerful way to learn. Under Teach To Learn, children prepare content and conduct learning events for 1st generation school goers. This nourishes and channelises contributor-ship and sense of responsibility. Currently our children are working on gamifying Karnataka State Syllabus from Class 1 to 8 making gamified education available to all! This project is led by Praishyartha & Samavartana group and supported by Vidyarambha & Upanayana group.

Garbha – Preconception to Pregnancy
Shishu – 0 to 2 years
Vidyarambha – 2 years to 5 years (Playschool to UKG)
Upanayana – 5 years to 10 years (Class 1 to Class 5)
Praishyartha – 10 years to 13 years (Class 6 to Class 8)
Samavartana – 13 years + (Class 9 to Class 10/12)
Structure
Admissions are open before every quarter start into the specific Sanskara Groups:
Upanayana – 5 years to 10 years (Class 1 to Class 5 equivalent)
Praishyartha – 10 years to 13 years (Class 6 to Class 8 equivalent)
Samavartana – 13 years + (Class 9 to Class 10/12 equivalent)
Apart from Kala Shakti & Kala Sangama, the same curriculum will be followed online.

Our Academic Year Starts in September
We follow a quarterly system. Every quarter end there is a 2-week holiday before moving to the next quarter.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no holidays for Praishyartha & Samavartana Groups. These are intense full-time programmes.
