Refund Policy

Thank you for buying our courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, assess, and purchase our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-paced training.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy any of the Courses / Services provided by the Service Provider, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use (as provided separately) and Refund policy.
Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation & Refunds (User Generated):

For all Courses/Services including Audio/Video Recording of Sessions, Live Online Classes, live interaction sessions for parents and associated activities / materials including Periodic Activity Details, Worksheets, Audio-books, Books and Career Guidance.
  • 70% will be refunded if cancellation occurs 14 days or more before the start of scheduled class/program. 30% will be deducted for Course Processing fee. 

  • 50% will be refunded if cancellation occurs within 30 days or less of Course/program start date. No Refund will be given after 30 days.

  • No Refund shall be made if the user has has accessed more than 25% content or downloaded E-Book/Material. 

  • Any refund request beyond 30 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Processing time for refund is 4 Weeks from the date of refund request.

Cancellation& Refunds at the request of the user: with respect to programs held in a ANY FORM OF TEACHING/TRAINING;

Storyways Edtech Private Limited, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, non-availability of human and material resources due to restrictions imposed by the Government or law enforcing agencies, illness of instructors, strikes, riots, lockouts, similar events, or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)

Cancellation of Courses

  • In case Storyways Edtech Private Limited cancels an event, 100% (minus ……….% tax) of course fees will be refunded to the users if the refund request is being raised within 15 days of such cancellation. However travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be re-imbursed, further the user agrees and acknowledges that the Refund Processing Time will take 4 weeks.

  • In case Storyways Edtech Private Limited cancels/postpones a course/service/event, the participants who are ahead of 10 days of purchase, of course, will be rescheduled to any upcoming dates for the course/event.

  • If a cancellation is done by a student or their parents 10 business days (or more) prior to the event, 30% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the concerned parties.

  • If a cancellation is done by a student or their parents within 10 business days (or less) of the starting of the event, no refunds will be made.

  • No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend the coursewithout any written intimation to the service provider.

Refund request can be initiated in two ways

  • Please send an email of your Refund Request to contact@sanatanalife.com and inform through Call & Message to the Course / Program Facilitator about the request being made by you.Please reach out to our support team through our Help & Support section on the website.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the parties will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 4 weeks of working days post intimation by the customer.

StorywaysEdtech Private Limited reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 4 weeks after the refund request is approved by StorywaysEdtech Private Limited.
